Responsibilities• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
3-5 years of Experience/Expertise in Sales & Marketing in B2B and/orB2C companies; eCommerce experience a plus• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues & detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape.• Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their operational implications.
