Network Operation Engineer Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Network Operation Engineer in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Monitoring & reviewing incoming SNMP traps, base-lining “normal” traffic patterns/utilization.
•  Investigating network abnormalities.
•  Provisioning circuits, providing tier-1 phone support to both internal & external customers.
• Acting as liaison between customers & tier-2 or above engineers, & dispatching engineers/technicians as needed..
• Performing MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Good Knowledge in troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science.
• Two years experience in the Technical service and maintenance at technology.
•  Proficiency in infrastructure traffic management.
