A leading company looking for an experienced IT Support Executive inUAE.

Job Details:

•  Provide problem and escalation management for key Honeywell Senior   Executives.
•  Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other IT and    business organizations.
•  Partner, within a matrix and supplier organization, to not only resolve issues   but to help deploy new and upgraded technologies and services to supported    Executives.
•  Analyze industry best practices for operational support.
•  Ability to quantify customer satisfaction and maintain the longevity of    industry-leading support levels.
•  Ensure and sustain the consistent execution of defined Executive Services    processes.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science.
•  Basic networking skills.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
