Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Check the IPAs, bills, invoices submitted by vendors, contractors,    consultants, etc.
• Prepare the Interim Payment Certificates for Contracts, WOs,   POs, PSAs, etc. with all needed supporting documents attached
• Maintain the scanned copies of BGs, insurance policies, JMRs,   certified bills with supporting documents, etc. in the respective   shared folders.
• Ensure that the certification of bills within the time frame as per   the respective Contracts, WOs, POs, PSAs, etc. takes place
• Update the details of bills certified in the Google files, viz..,   'Budget vs Order Vs Certified', etc.
• Review & analyse the requirement of NT items proposed vide   Indents by Projects team. Inform the person raised the Indent and   the respective contractor about the non-applicability of NT items   along with details (as applicable), if not applicable

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
