Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develops quantity takeoffs for a discipline or specialty using   defined documents or undefined scope assumptions. Verifies   quantities provided by others.
• Develops and applies unit rates (cost and man-hours) to quantity   takeoffs and to otherwise developed quantities.
• Prepares specific budgets and forecasts in accordance with   prescribed standards and procedures. Assists in developing the   requirements for budgeting and forecasting standards.
• Estimation work including tender pricing, bidding, preliminary   budgeting based on PAR etc.
• Value Engineering & Cost Optimization in Estimation. 
• Attending prebid meetings and creating technical prebid queries.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent analytical skills.
