Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure deliverables are met within planned timelines and cost to   meet the overall project profitability .
• Ensure adherence to L&T corporate guidelines in the project.
• Identify the resources (people, material, tools and equipment)   needed for the execution of the project.
• Provide overall project and program management of the end   customer for the renovation effort. 
• Monitor DoD and DoN IT, Data Center, and Facility installation   instructions, and where appropriate, recommend changes to   requirements, standards, and practices to ensure compliance with   said instructions and best practices.
• Research and develop equipment and infrastructure procurement   bills of material required to implement approved installation   designs. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in the CRM.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
