Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure field work to provide feedback & recommendations to strengthen    Business HR interface and for planning interventions.
•  Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational    development initiatives.
•  Support/ Assist business in training need identification and coordinate with    Learning & Development vertical to deliver the plan.  
•  Co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition and L&D for on-boarding of new   employees and assist managers to plan and review of performance during    the probation.
•  Partner with respective business heads to determine the HR support required     and lead delivery of HR process and systems. 
•  
•  Ensure effective & timely representation before various labor authorities in     all Southern region of Luminous offices.

Job Requirements:

• Master Degree holder.
• Eight years experience in the same field.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
•  Excellent organizational skills.
