Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Maintain all personnel records for the assigned employees.
  • Conduct the new hire on-boarding process.
  • Ensures the maintenance of the computerized personnel files.
  • Developing effective working relationships internally, working    with management on delivery of their people plans.
  • Preparing necessary reports/analysis on attrition and monthly    pay registers to the management.
  • Reviews and updates company's personnel policies.

Job Requirements:

 * Having Qatar valid Driving Licence. * Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum Four years of experience in same field.
  • IT skills.
