Hr Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details: 

•  Manage efficient and consistent employee relations and escalate   issues to GM HR as per set policies
• Prepare the division HR annual budget in consultation with and   for the review of GM HR and Operations Manager and   report/seek approval for variances on a timely basis
• Work with Group Recruitment Department and Managers to   ensure hiring best-in-class- talent to facilitate achievement of    business objectives.
• Retention & Engagement initiatives (i.e. Sit & Tell, GOS   Principles).
• HR Reporting, Analytics & Audits (i.e. STAR, Attrition, Active   No Hours; Trend Analysis).
• Talent Management (i.e.9 Box, Succession Planning, Career   Planning, Growth Point development to ensure we have a strong   talent pipeline).

Job Requirements:

• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
