Procurement Officer With 17 Years Experience

Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conducts legal research for procurement and contracts, and   act as liaison with general counsel.
• Assist with negotiations, problem-solving, risk assignment,   and preparation of all agency contracts.
• Conducts internal and external customer satisfaction surveys   and reports results.
• Create, update and maintain compliance with approved   purchasing procedures.
• Locate, evaluate, and recommend high quality, low cost   sources of supply on a local and an international basis.
• Evaluate and enhance our operations in local spend while   researching and prospecting developments in global spend.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Having 17 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
