Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Take care of the patients case sheets & send them to the Medical    record department after the discharge within 24 hours.
• Observe and follow the Standards & Standard Operating   Procedures as per NABH & ensure that quality is maintained.
• Update all the quality assurance practices followed in the ward   with regard to NABH & be actively involved in the same. 
• Examine and assess new inmates/residents with illnesses or   injuries or inmates/residents who become ill or injured; refer   inmates/residents to the emergency room or other appropriate   healthcare facility as required by their condition.
• Perform emergency procedures as needed and notify Licensed   Independent Provider for treatment orders.
• Provide guidance, supervise and monitor nursing care provided   by licensed vocational/practical nursing staff and non-licensed    medical staff. {{STRONG}}Job Requirements:{{ESTRONG}}
• Good communication Skills.

• BSC Nursing Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
