Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Oversees and manages the application of HR policies and   processes. 
• Proactively scans the environment to identify issues,   recommends and implements processes to ensure HR   compliance.
• Oversee, manage and provide compliance support for a variety   of HR policies and processes, ensuring issues are raised,   decisions are escalated and resolved effectively.  
• Resolves any questions, provide compliance assistance and   implement any new or changing legal requirements relative to   policies, processes and HR systems.
• Develops and conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure   compliance.
• Presents facts and recommendations to a variety of   stakeholders with the ability to build consensus and drive   action.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 15 years working experience in HR   management.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent IT & Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
