Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced HR Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  • Resolve missing timecard issues, conduct new-hire and exit   interviews, document terminations and maintain employee files,    etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively both    verbally and in writing.
  • Assist with scheduling new-hire paperwork, pre-screening, and    orientation activities.
  • Customer service to include working with outside vendors,    welcoming guests, answering phones and customer inquiries,    etc.
  • Promote professionalism at all times, and enforce plant-wide HR    initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, answering    any payroll or benefits-related questions.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Female candidates need to apply.
  • Graduate holder.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
