Looking for an experienced Catering Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provides excellent service to internal customers in other   departments as appropriate. 
• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries   in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make   sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. 
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good   working relationships. 
• Oversee execution of catering events, including ensuring   appropriate room set-up, managing the timelines of the event and   supervision of the staff, and managing the budget for the event.
• Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality   assurance standards.
• Greet guests at functions, up-sell to guests, handle   client/customer concerns, follow-up with guests after events.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
