Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of Knowledge   Base documentation.
  • Manage employee files, perform data entry, and prepare   various HR reports.
  • Organizing files to be sent to off-site storage.
  • Assists HR staff with orientation and on-boarding of new   employees.
  • Create and maintain employee and contractor files.
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects   as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the field.
  • Proficient in MS office.
