Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Manage recruitment for senior and junior level positions directly.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with    the overall business strategy.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR    metrics.
• Handling the Payroll of the employees,Performance Appraisals,   Statutory compliance.
• Assist with scheduling new-hire paperwork, pre-screening, and    orientation activities.
• Promote professionalism at all times, and enforce plant-wide HR     initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Tally, SAP Business one and Ms-office.
• Minimum One years of experience in same field.
• IT skills.
• Strong Organization skills.
