Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• To prepare detailed estimates and BOQ item wise.
• Preparing, as required, cost estimates for each potential change.
• To draft the tender documents as per drawings and    specifications.
• Reviewing the commercial aspects of proposed contract    changes.
• Resolving requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes    and contract claims.
• Overseeing the maintenance of change management logs for    specific project.

Job Requirements:

• Only Male candidates needs to apply.
• Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Quantity Surveying holder.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
• Having Four years of Experience in Construction of Building and   Infrastructure work.
