Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Create and maintain personnel files for all employees.
  •  Schedule pre-employment physicals and substance abuse screenings.
  •  Review invoices for accuracy and code correctly for payment.
  •  Prepare reports and gather information as needed.
  • Serve as a backup to the receptionist and HR Administrator.
  •  Schedule interviews, travel arrangements, and exit interviews.

Job Requirements:

  • Good experience in office administration field.
  • Graduate holder.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
