Experienced Hr Manager

Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Participates in and completes financial analyses for   compensation plan design changes or new plan proposals.
• Designs and delivers compensation and performance   management training and guidance to business units as   needed.
• The Area HR Manager leads associate relations activities,   which include corrective counseling and investigations among   other related duties as assigned.
• Work with the recruiting and Area teams to create an Area   Staffing Plan based on business growth, workforce planning,   analytics, and diversity objectives.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team, acquire top talent   through improved selection tools and criteria, and local   outreach efforts.
• Drive talent review and succession planning processes using a   consultative approach that ensures a strong talent bench.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent IT & Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
