Experienced Construction Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensures adherence to safety standards and environmental   regulations.
• Identifies actual or potential problems and determines   necessity for changes or remedial actions.
• Investigates the need for contract change orders or   deviations.
• Makes recommendations for changes in   construction/demolition to meet field conditions.
• Develops and provides assessments of work scope, potential   safety problems and special design considerations.
• Manage and ensure Architects, Contractors, Construction   Managers and administrative staff on the project are   completely fullfilling all aspects of their responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Minimum 16 years experience in the field.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
