Required Senior Accountant

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Senior Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintains a complete system of financial close and reporting    documentation, both electronic and hard copy, to ensure compliance with   Sarbanes Oxley.
•  Facilitates the collection of financial information as required to support    global consolidation and SEC reporting processes.
•  Analyzes subsidiary and consolidated financial information.
•  Supports maintenance of a complete system of financial close and reporting   documentation, both electronic and hard copy, to ensure compliance with   Sarbanes Oxley.
•  Prepares quarterly review and annual audit schedules to support the external    audit cycles.
•  Assists with management and performance of group-wide control activities.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Seven years experience in accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent analytical & numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
