Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Understand manpower requirement from the concerned department   and draft job description for the profile 
• Sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and   coordinating with the appropriate head. 
• Complete joining formalities of the new candidates.
• Administer the health and welfare benefits, serving as   communication lead for benefit changes and announcements
• Coordinate the workers compensation plan and ensure all OSHA   regulations are met and documented.
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues and concerns with   managers and directors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
