Required Lawyer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Legal scrutiny of primary documents to establish the genesis of    title.
• Analyzes and interprets local laws and regulations in connection    with contract requests to ensure compliance. 
• Partners with Law members to update and revise contracting    templates for global use.
• Deal with internal clients in remote locations and across diverse    cultures.
• Responsible to manage any other non litigation legal work and    advising the organisation on various legal issues.
• Identifying legal and commercial risk in a contract and    proposing changes required to mitigate risk exposure.

Job Requirements:
