We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Organizing files to be sent to off-site storage.
  • Conduct joining and exit formalities for employees and ensure    maintenance of employee files.
  • Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base   documentation.
  • Providing written employment verifications.
  • Creating mail merge templates.

Job Requirements:

  • Having Four years of experience in same field.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
