Looking for an experienced Procurement Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Deploy and manage operational procurement excellence across our    sites including delivery, lead time, and invoice resolution.
• Ensure key metric reporting is in place and lead reports in   providing root cause analysis and continuous improvement    solutions.
• Provide input to sourcing strategies and develop internal/supplier   relationships that extract maximum value from the current and   potential supplier base.
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization   partnerships
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 14 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Management Skills.
