A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Partners with Talent Acquisition to qualify and approve   transfers, promotions, and offers.
• Provides technical direction, assistance, advice and guidance to   the staff in the area of Human Resources.
• Manages the implementation and administration of corporate   HR policies to effectively meet strategic goals. 
• Responsible for review and compliance of employment offers.
• Partners with recruiting and management in efforts for new   contract awards and staffing initiatives.
• Develops HR reports and metrics for business unit.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent IT & Leadership skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
