Job Details:

• Analyze and resolve workplace conflicts in an effective manner   by complying with company and federal rules and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure employee productivity   and organizational improvement; evaluate performance review   process.
• Develop and implement policies in the workplace to motivate   and increase employee satisfaction by aligning employee   needs/incentives with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster increased   business and ensure fulfillment of their needs.
• Plan and create daily qualified call plans to connect with   potential candidates.
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing   and retrieval systems.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the field.
• Only Male candidate need to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office.
