Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephonic and electronic   communications on behalf of attorneys.
  • Create and develop general correspondence, memos, and presentations.
  • Schedule and organize in-person meetings, luncheons, and other  activities.
  • Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms cafe and   other common areas.
  • Requests building and housekeeping services as needed Arranges   equipment service as needed.
  • Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
