Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephonic and electronic communications on behalf of attorneys.
- Create and develop general correspondence, memos, and presentations.
- Schedule and organize in-person meetings, luncheons, and other activities.
- Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms cafe and other common areas.
- Requests building and housekeeping services as needed Arranges equipment service as needed.
- Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- IT Skills.
