Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Provide guidance to leaders in identifying training and development   opportunities and partner with the Director, HR field operations and   Operations training teams to facilitate and/or develop training.
• Partner with the Risk and Worker’s Compensation team to drive safety   plans, procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws, company   policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identifying, developing & implementing an HR Strategy in line with the  Business Strategy of the organization
• Conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity   and building committed teams; exit interviews to pick up threads for   attrition control
• Monitoring entire employee life cycle, strategic talent management   including recruitment, on-boarding and retention

Job Requirements:

• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 20 years experience is required.
• MBA Holder.
