Female Customer Service Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Resolving the client queries within the defined time frame.
•  Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
•  Solving Customer queries related to DMAT & Trading account.
•  Undertake issuance of Airway bill on behalf of assigned Product.
•  Supervise the work of the loaders and ensure that delegated work is     performed in the  prescribed manner.
•  Ensure that proper booking and reservations for shipments are done on the    computer.

Job Requirements:

• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
