Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements, scheduling    photographer as needed, inventorying stock, and placing orders
•  Maintain marketing database, coordinate conference attendance and   sponsorships
•  Provide personal assistance to the owners in a variety of capacities as it    relates to all lines of business maintaining a high level of organization.
•  Handle phone and email correspondence, answer and screen incoming calls    and take messages with utmost discretion.
•  Type, transcribe and develop correspondence, record and prepare meeting   minutes, and prepare presentations
•  Perform daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records,    copying, posting, answering phones, and a variety of other office duties.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in marketing.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
