Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively enables and supports   Company’s growth and vision.  
•  Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing   talent acquisition, HR business partners, leadership development,    compensation, benefits and training.  
•  Develop HR plans and procedures to support the achievement of the overall   business operations objectives. 
•  Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans    that are competitive and cost-effective for Company.
•  Work with executive management to establish a sound plan of management      succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of Company.   
•  Classify and manage position titles, responsibilities, compensation    packages, and job postings.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
•  Basic knowledge in UAE Labour Law.
