Urgently looking for experienced Deputy General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Achieve highest levels of quality and internal customer service   levels to drive customer satisfaction through delivery on   commitments.
• Operate in the role of primary sponsor/change agent for   implementation of lean methodologies and tools throughout the   enterprise.
• Responsible for budget, staffing and business' operational   results.
• Directly manages employees, performance issues, and   performance reviews for all direct reports; may also manage   supervisors and group leaders.
• Develops team members and ensures has the required skills and   knowledge to support the goals of the organization and   company.
• Provides strategic direction for systems, projects, and   programs.

Job Requirements:
