Required Senior Architect

Job Description :

We are hiring for a Senior Architect in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Reviews Architectural & ID Shop drawings for Consultant Submissions.
•  Develops shop drawing schedule and technical submittals as required.
•  Ensure that design change is communicated with in the team and sub-contractors.
•  Manages and controls the design drawing registry.
•  Responsible for development and review of As Built Drawings.
•  Prepares and coordinates Green Building requirements as per local authority standards.

Job Requirements:

• Should have experience in same field.
• Good communication skill.
•  Must have good analytical skills.
•  B.Arch - Architecture.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
