Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Details:

• •Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and similar minor electrical tasks.
• •Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
• •Completes touch-up painting and repaints rooms as required.
• •Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill.
• Experience minimum 3 years in same role.
• IT skill.
• Diploma in automobile engineering
• Be a smart and presentable person.
