Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Effectively work in a decentralized HR support structure, by   collaborating with all appropriate leaders to ensure consistency   across the function.
• Partner with the Risk and Worker’s Compensation team to drive   safety plans, procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws,   company policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provides technical direction, assistance, advice and guidance to   the staff in the area of Human Resources.
• Manages the implementation and administration of corporate   HR policies to effectively meet strategic goals. 
• Develops HR reports and metrics for business unit. Makes   recommendations for improvement and change management.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 6 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.
• Good IT Skills.
