A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinate the recruiting and selection process for all levels of   employment candidates using innovative methods to source and   attract top talent.
• Facilitate the onboarding, training, performance management   and separation policies and procedures.
• Guide Managers and Directors on completing timely effective   employee evaluations.
• Deliver professional development opportunities that foster   increased capacity and that build employee morale and mission   engagement.
• Present and promote changes in HR policies, procedures and   practices to the leadership team, leveraging best practices   research.
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues and concerns   with managers and directors.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 8 years experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent IT & Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
