Job Details:

• Develop and direct talent acquisition program to recruit for top   talent.
• Analyze and resolve workplace conflicts in an effective manner   by complying with company and federal rules and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure employee productivity   and organizational improvement; evaluate performance review   process.
• Develop and implement policies in the workplace to motivate   and increase employee satisfaction by aligning employee   needs/incentives with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster increased   business and ensure fulfillment of their needs.
• Maintain a successful professional relationship with clients by   devising strategies to improve various procedures and policies.
