2 Years Experienced Nurse

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Nurse in uAE.

Job Details:

•  Collects pertinent data using appropriate assessment techniques.
•  Organize and maintain patient file and reports as per the MRD requirements   in all shifts.
•  Follows policy and delivers designated nursing interventions to assigned     patients that are consistent with the documented medical plan of care.
•  Provide comprehensive care to assigned patients. Daily bath or sponging,   mouth care, back care, dressing changes, bed-making etc. to keep patient    comfortable. 
•  Always greet with smile to patient and companion for their well-being.
•  Follow handover-takeover process accurately with written/online notes.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Nursing Degree. 
• Two years working experience.
• With HAAD Licence.
