Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

Resolving the client queries within the defined time frame.
Solving Customer queries related to DMAT & Trading account.
Handling incoming calls from customers and resolving queries.
Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers.
Collaborates with Marketing team on client growth opportunities
Collaborates with Account Executive on account planning.

Job Requirements:

Graduate Degree holder.
Age above 35 years old.
One year working experience.
Outdoor Sales Experience.
