Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensures the maintenance of the computerized personnel files .
•  Administers employees leave entitlements including annual, sick,   compassionate, leave with/without pay. Monitors and controls leave    available through the payroll system.
•  Developing effective working relationships internally, working with    management on delivery of their people plans.
•  Administers employees leave entitlements including annual, sick,   compassionate, leave with/without pay. Monitors and controls leave    available through the payroll system.
• Reviews and updates company's personnel policies.
•  Handbook and procedures manual, including reviewing policies, drafting    policy.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Degree holder.
• Minimum five years experience in the same field.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Computer Literate.
