Required Construction Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for a experienced Construction Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
•  Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against   established schedules.
•  Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contract.
•  Plan the activities, schedule bar charts jointly with planning manager.
•  Responsible for Budget preparation.
• Controlling site expenses.

Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum 10 years of experience in same position.
• Good communication skill.
• Should have Problem Solving skill.
•  Bachelor degree for Civil Engineering.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
