Job Details:

•  Establish and maintain very good customer service with every interaction.
•  Review and identify errors and report them to supervisors or department managers.
•  Denial and insurance follow-up management.
•  Answers questions from clerical staff.
•  Prepares, reviews, and compiles client statements.
•  Perform other duties as directed.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in medical coding.
•  Knowledge of procedures and practices.
•  Anatomy and medical terminology education required.
•  High school diploma.
