Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Travel Consultant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Handling Offline/online queries.
  • Providing technical support to travel agents.
  • Providing floor support to New Joinees.
  • Responsible for managing incoming calls and emails within service level   expectations.
  • Ensures tickets and informational requests are provided in a timely   manner.
  • Maintains queues and follow-up on client requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Candidate must be Smart,Efficient and Familiar with CRS & Microsoft   office.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
  • Good communication Skills.
