Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ESL Teacher in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data gathered    from a variety of assessments on each student.
• Actively work to improve their pedagogical practices by   participating in school and network professional learning    opportunities.
• Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace,    motivation and challenge
• Identifying clear teaching objectives and specifying how they will    be taught and assessed.
• Setting tasks which challenge students and ensure high levels of    interest.
• Implement classroom management techniques to create a   nurturing, safe, and structured learning environment.

Job Requirements:

• Evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player. 
• Excellent Communication skills.
• IT skills.
• Strong Organization skills.
