Required Accountant

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assists with/reviews certain elements of the global consolidation process.
•  Facilitates the collection of financial information as required to support    global consolidation and SEC reporting processes.
•  Accounts for all stock transactions and share-based compensation    arrangements.
•  Maintains a complete system of financial close and reporting   documentation, both electronic and hard copy, to ensure compliance with    Sarbanes Oxley.
• Assists with management and performance of group-wide control activities.
•  Assists with the development and maintenance of company financial    policies and provides education on these policies as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Well versed with accounting software.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office.
