Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manage incoming calls and emails during office hours.
•  Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right    methods/tools.
•  Create online marketing content for the following: Home Pages, Blog Posts,    Social Media Posts, Landing Pages, and online ads.
•  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file    documents.
•  Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the    time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
•  Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive    communication.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in marketing.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
