Job Details:

• Resolve customer queries by exploring the answers and relevant    alternative solutions.
• Answer customer queries and clarifying them by providing accurate    information.
• Capture & Maintain customer demographics accurately.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for    accomplishing new and different requests.
• Keep a tab on the changes in process & be update. 
• Handle In-bound and/or Outbound calls.

Job Requirements:

• Age above 35 years old.
• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Outdoor Sales Experience.
