We are looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ability to conduct effective needs analysis assessment for new   business strategies and initiatives.
• Strong salary negotiation, compensation and job market   expertise, candidate relocation experience , and strong closing   skills are imperative.
• Effectively and consistently produces a pipeline of qualified   candidates and builds a robust network of top talent with a   focus on Nursing or other disciplines.
• Provide human resources support and solution delivery of   programs, products, services, and consultation for assigned   leaders and clients.
• Ensure consistent interpretation, application and support of   Human Resources policies by effective communication, advice   and direction to assigned client group.
• Identify, develop and conduct training, development and   engagement programs.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Leadership & IT Skills.
