Job Description :

We are looking for a experienced Commercial Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To establish and implement an effective system and policy within the department of sales,   marketing and business development.
•  To define roles and responsibilities of each staff member in the department and set KPIs for   each for assessment of their respective performance.
•  To provide monthly reports to Senior Executive Management and quarterly updates to the   Board of Directors of the Company.
•  To control overheads within the department.
•  Constant review and revise operating system to improve efficiency. 
•  Prepare annual revenue and vessel utilization budget for Senior Executive Management   approval.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill.
• Should have minimum 5 years of experience in similar field.
•  Competent level of interpersonal, sales & marketing skills.
•  Bachelor degree in Commerce/Economics/Engineering.
